JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to the following:
SALES PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
• Serve as the key personnel in ensuring successful operation of franchise stores.
• Review POS sales data of responsible stores on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Supports successful launch of new products, tracks ordering schedule and sales data of individual locations.
• Develop local sales marketing plan based on the recent sales trend.
• Gather monthly sales data from franchisees and generate P&L report.
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
• Frequent traveling is a must
• Perform in-depth analysis to identify the strength and the weakness of stores, develop strategic plans to help each store achieve its sales goal.
• Coordinate routine store visits, evaluate its operations practice, and report the findings onto QSC report
• Coordinates New Store Opening (NSO) process from pre-opening leading up to the opening day, including menu selection, logistics, and employee training.
• Support the operational space planning aspect of the new store development, by reviewing and providing feedback on store design, layout, and interior based on the blueprint.
• Contributes to company market intelligence growth by providing knowledge on competitor behavior, including new store, promotion, and events.
• Problem-solves daily operational issues with an objective and analytical perspective.
RISK MANAGEMENT
• Coordinates sanitary inspection each month to ensure store practice meets the local public health requirement, provides follow-up scoring report specifying areas that need correction.
• Works with franchisees to handle guest complaints, provides real-time reporting to find a solution.
COMMUNICATION
• Builds and maintains strong relationship with franchisees.
• Serves as a liaison between franchisee and the company, ensures that stores adhere to the company policy.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• 3 years of experience in F&B or Similar Industry
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field preferred
• Relevant work experience in business development, sales or similar field preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Friendly and personable demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
• Open to anyone who is eligible to work in the US (Including OPT)
